In the fourth episode of &#8216;Humans of Authenticity&#8217;, I had a personal and insightful conversation with Monica Sampson about just that. Monica is a devoted mother and a self-proclaimed introverted, strong woman. She explained how her children redefined her outlook and reshaped her leadership style, with her daughter in particular liberating her authentic self.
